The Care Center

Since 1970, Whetstone Care Center has provided comprehensive nursing and rehabilitative services. Our 36-bed transitional care unit provides skilled care for the more medically complex patient while the remainder of the nursing center is dedicated to long-term care. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals shares a common goal, and that is to enable each resident to live at their highest level of independence. We offer a full range of on-site rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our dedicated staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, state tested nursing assistants and licensed therapists. Our 200-bed nursing center offers a variety of accommodations including fully furnished private and semi-private rooms with individually controlled heating and air conditioning and private half-bath.
