The Care Center

Our 200-bed center offers a continuum of care including post-acute and long-term nursing care with the objective of enabling residents to live at the highest level of their individual potential. The post-acute unit is designed for the more medically complex patients and features a separate entrance and nurses station. We offer a full range of on-site rehabilitation services in our newly renovated therapy gym including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our staff is comprised of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, state tested nursing assistants, and licensed therapists. This team of dedicated professionals share a common goal, and that is to make each resident's stay as pleasant as possible.
